EXPLORE · EQUIP · DEVELOP YOUR ACCESSORIES

The alpha combines Artifacts, Relics and several Reliquified integrations. Start by identifying which mod owns an item, then read its current tooltip. Similar-looking accessories can follow different progression rules. Browse 74 referenced core item names.

Artifacts: exploration rewards

Artifacts introduces treasure accessories found through exploration rather than ordinary crafting. The author's acquisition routes include structures, archaeology, some equipped creatures and underground campsites with Mimics. A Mimic encounter can supply an artifact in the mod's default behaviour; pack loot changes may differ. Artifacts author project.

Equip an accessory in the appropriate Curios slot and test its effect. Some effects are passive, while others require a condition or binding. Slots, stacking and drop chances should be checked in the installed release rather than inferred from a name. Author wiki.

Relics: an item that grows with you

Relics adds equipment with individual statistics, abilities and progression. Inspect an item's ability panel, development requirements and available upgrades before investing resources. Two copies need not have identical starting properties. Relics author project.

Evaluate an accessory by its role: movement, defence, resource gathering, utility or damage. Check whether an ability needs a keybind, a trigger, a target or accumulated resources. Read the item-specific instructions instead of assuming all relics share an experience trigger.

Why the integrations matter

Selected project What changes Which reference to trust
Reliquified Artifacts Adapts Artifacts items to Relics progression; some mechanics change substantially Installed enhanced item panel, not only the base Artifacts description
Reliquified Ars Nouveau Adds relic progression connected to Ars mechanics Addon tooltip plus Ars guide
Reliquified Twilight Forest Adds Twilight-themed boss relics Addon tooltip and the relevant boss/loot reference
Artifarts Adds humorous Curios cushion content Its own item tooltip; it is a separate project from Artifacts

Compare your loadout

Goal Compare Common mistake
Survive close combat Defensive triggers, sustain and movement Counting an effect that only activates under a condition
Cast reliably Magic-related abilities and resource interactions Assuming an Ars bonus always increases Iron mana
Explore safely Travel, fall protection and escape tools Testing a new effect for the first time above a fatal drop
Gather resources Loot conditions and supported targets Assuming a gathering bonus affects every machine-produced item
Cooperate Shared utility and your combat role Filling slots with overlapping effects that do not stack

Use a safe test: equip one item, record what triggers it, then compare with your previous loadout. Combine it with class statistics and combat skills after understanding the accessory itself.

Finding an item

The accessory catalogue indexes core Artifacts and Relics language entries from pinned 1.21.1 source branches. It includes registry IDs and author-source links. It is a name reference, not a claim that every item is a random alpha drop or that all addon items are indexed.

JEI, the installed relic panel and the author's item documentation provide the current recipe, effect and development requirements. Relics item documentation may describe a newer release; compare it with the installed tooltip.
