Magic that meets the workshop
Ars Nouveau supplies spell design, Source and magical automation. Iron's Spells 'n Spellbooks supplies combat schools, scrolls, spellbooks and equipment. Their integrations let both systems contribute to the factory.
Ars Nouveau
Develop spell components through Ars' own systems. Source Gems, Sourceberries and compatible focuses connect to Arcane production. Existing Source costs and glyph requirements remain on focus recipes; optional exploration ingredients add alternatives.
Ars Creo and Create Wizardry connect mechanical and magical work. A Mana Siphon exists, but the current Mana bootstrap does not require one: Arcane Essence plus Water makes Mana through the defined Mixer route.
Iron's Spells and Resonant Arcana
Choose equipment and schools for the way you fight. The native Scroll Forge and research acquisition remain relevant.
Resonant Arcana is the custom spell addon. Its individual spell roster and balance change with the installed build. The wiki does not turn older proposed spells or hotfix test logs into a fixed current spell-count claim.
Ars 'n Spells provides the selected unified-mana integration. Origins and skill bonuses should apply once through their own supported attributes.
Build a two-Deployer scroll line
The script discovers enabled, Forge-craftable spells and valid native ink outcomes, including eligible addon spells in supported schools.
- Put Paper under the first Deployer and supply a valid school focus.
- Install an allow-list Create Filter containing the desired Unfinished School Scroll and that held focus. Enable Respect Data.
- Feed the unfinished scroll to the second Deployer and supply the matching Ink.
- Its Filter must contain one exact completed spell/level scroll and that Ink, also with Respect Data.
Each completed scroll consumes one Paper, one focus and one Ink. Filters remain reusable. Including the held ingredient allows the Deployer to restock its hand.
No filter, the wrong school/ink, missing component data or multiple selectable outputs stop processing rather than choosing an arbitrary spell. A direct scroll ghost is not a substitute for the configured list Filter.
Research-required and noncraftable spells retain their native acquisition. Ink cannot be filtered into a stronger outcome than its native rarity permits.
Use the exact spell and level shown in the installed JEI recipe when setting each filter.
Witchery and other magical paths
Just Another Witchery Remake is included in Beta 1.0 with its own ritual and discovery path, alongside the Ars and Iron's Spells integrations.
Alchemical Lasers
The five lenses are Growth, Convergence, Splitting, Power and Eclipse. Their roles include crystal growth, material conversion and late ore processing. Follow the lens and minimum speed in each recipe.
Beta 1.0 includes Alchemical Lasers with all five lenses. The Growth Lens is used for the Calculation chapter's Certus route. Lenses are reusable tooling; recipe input counts still apply.
